coloured seeds are similar in appearance to a variety called Salba.
Consume as whole seeds, ground seeds and also suitable for sprouting
using just a basic sprouting tray and water. Seeds will germinate and
be ready to eat after 7 - 14 days. Aztec Gold seeds have virtually no
taste, making them ideal as an ingredient that you can add to almost
any other food, beverage, smoothie, yoghurt, soup, gravy stock etc etc
- great for fussy children, pets and adults!
Recommended Serving: Adults 12 - 36 grams per day. Children, 6 - 12 grams per day. Dogs (not cats) 6 - 12 grams per day, best mixed in with other raw food (not cooked or processed tinned pet food).
With any high-fibre food, you should ALWAYS drink plenty of pure/filtered or alkaline water - NOT chlorinated tap water (see the Alkaline Water section on this web site).
